Delete your account

How to request deletion of your MulkiVal account and its data.

Delete in the app

If you can sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account in the MulkiVal app. The app asks you to confirm the deletion using your current password.

Request deletion without signing in

You can request deletion even if you have removed the app or cannot sign in. Email support@mulkival.com from the email address on your MulkiVal account. Say that you want your MulkiVal account deleted and include the account email address so support can identify your account. Support may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

Do not send us your password, sign-in codes, or payment details. You do not need to sign in to read this page or send a request.

What deletion does

Your account is disabled and can no longer sign in; active sessions are revoked.
Your name, phone number and email address are removed from the account record.
Your listings, uploaded documents and private property images are deleted.
Your security audit history is stripped of your account identifier.

A non-identifying disabled account record and anonymized payment and security records may remain. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
